Philip Charley Drive Plan

PHILIP CHARLEY DRIVE

Port Macquarie Hastings Council recently approved a residential subdivision comprising 291 Lots.
This addition to the Inneslake Estate will be known as the Philip Charley Drive precinct.

Many of the lots will have frontage to the approved and partly constructed golf course. The gently undulating topography will provide pleasing streetscapes and homesites with views over the proposed golf course.

Significantly, this area is a peninsula and thus, has no "through" traffic. This will result in a neighbourhood ideal for young families. In addition the area abounds in wildlife and birds which epitomises the Inneslake slogan "At Home with Nature".

Located just six kilometres from the town centre, this neighbourhood is sure to be one of the premier residential locations in Port Macquarie.

Access to the Estate will be via an extention of Philp Charley Drive. This road will not have any driveway access to the proposed lots and will therefore facilitate the retention of a treed environment.

The Estate design has provided for pedestrian movement throughout the area to improve the residential amenity while the road reserves and dedicated open space allow for the retention of koala food trees.
