Our range of marmalades includes the popular Three Fruit and other favourites such as Mandarin and Grapefruit, Cumquat, Seville Orange and Lime.

Ingredients:  Hastings Valley fruit, sugar and pectin.

Grape Jam

We produce this unique jam from Pinot Noir fruit grown at our vineyard. It is a deep rich colour and one of the specials of our range.

Ingredients: Grapes, sugar, pectin, lemon juice.

When our two tomato chutneys - spicy and chilli - are being made, the smells in the kitchen are mouth watering. Spicy tomato is delicious served with curries and is the sweeter of the two chutneys, while our chilli chutney will satisfy those who want their chutney to pack a punch. Both can be enjoyed with cold meat and cheeses.
Ingredients:  Tomato Chutney spicy: Tomatoes, vinegar, sugar,                    mixed nut & dried fruit, sesame seed, salt, fennel.
                  Tomato Chutney chilli: Tomatoes, dried mixed fruit,                    vinegar, vegetable oil, hot chilli, sugar, salt.

Roasted Peppers

These bright red peppers look stunning in the jar and are packed full of flavour. Perfect as part of a summer lunch or simply served with barbequed meats.

Ingredients: Peppers, capers, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.

Add to vodka for a great hangover cure or simply drink on it’s own over ice cubes. Serve Bloody Mary’s at brunch, lunch or a drinks party or take a bottle of Bloody Mary Mix as a gift for the host of the next party you go to. They’ll thank you in the morning.

Ingredients: Tomato juice, lemon juice, Worchester sauce, horseradish, salt, pepper.

Pesto


A gutsy flavoured spread that adds zest to pasta, soups, grilled meats, chicken and roasted vegetables. Made with fresh basil and Italian parmesan, this pesto should be tried on foccacia with tomatoes.

Ingredients: Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, olive oil, basil, salt, garlic, pepper.

There is nothing nicer than a bowl of these delicious spreads. Stir a spoonful into soup of just cooked pasta, add to a salad dressing or just use them as a topping for baked croutons. Alternatively, try on sandwiches as a butter alternative or on a pizza base for an easy, tasty dinner.
Ingredients:   Olive Tapenade: Olives, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, anchovies, lemon.
    Sun-Dried Tomato Tapenade: Sun-dried tomatoes, capers, olive oil, lemon, garlic, herbs.

Lemon Hummus

This tasty spread can turn simple sandwiches into something special. Smear onto pitta bread of toasted pizza bases or try serving it with roast lamb.
